Diversity & inclusion

We want the stories we share and the work we make to feel like it belongs to everyone – because it does. No one should feel theatre isn’t for them.

It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re from, how long you’ve been here or how you speak. We’re yours.

Wales is queer, it’s trans, it’s Deaf, it’s disabled, it’s neurodivergent, it’s working class, it’s Global Majority. Wales is all of us.

We know that our industry can be scary. Organisations are often intimidating, with no easy way to speak directly to them. We don’t want to be like that.

Being open to meeting new people and making new connections is why we’re here: to use theatre as a way to connect with one another, all over our nation.
