Attending We're Still Here

The Box Office will be open at the Byass Works from 1pm (matinee) / 6.30pm (evening), (except on Tuesday 19 September, when the box office opens at 6pm) and we advise arriving at the box office at least 15 minutes before the show begins. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time.

Please ensure you wear comfortable, appropriate, closed toe footwear, and dress warmly as there is no heating at the venue.

The venue is approximately 15 minutes walk from Port Talbot Parkway train station. On exiting the train station, turn right at the ticket office and exit the rear of the station, from here follow the bright yellow National Theatre Wales arrows.

We do not have cloakroom facilities on site, and cannot keep any items at box office. Please do not bring any large bags or items with you.

Trains run regularly along this line from Cardiff and Swansea. Plan your journey by train
here.

Dogs are not permitted at any performance, with the exception of guide dogs.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere onsite. Vape e-cigarettes will be used during the performance by the performers.

As there are no refreshments available for purchase on site, please bring bottled water with you. We want to protect the environment we’re in, so please take all litter away with you, or use the bins provided.

Please note that We’re Still Here and its audience members will be filmed, recorded and photographed by National Theatre Wales for our own purposes. By attending We’re Still Here, you shall be deemed to have given all necessary consents to NTW for documenting your attendance at We’re Still Here, and to the use of such documentation in all media worldwide without limitation.
