RAW MATERIAL: LLAREGGUB REVISITED

A re-imagining of the world of Under Milk Wood which included a live/broadcast event in collaboration with BBC Cymru Wales. This live theatre experience took the audience on a journey through Laugharne, the place that inspired Under Milk Wood, and ‘the strangest town in Wales’ according to Dylan Thomas himself.
The production explored hidden and transformed spaces and re-imagined Thomas’s characters on screen by some of Wales’ most extraordinary and well-loved performers. Local townsfolk introduced the actions, habits and secrets that make today’s Laugharne as curious and unique a place as it was when Thomas called it home.
