I lead on all the parts of running the business at NTW, like making sure we get the most from our Trustees and staff, analysing our progress and impact for artists and communities, and working on big plans to do more for the theatre sector in Wales. I do this to make sure we're doing the best we possibly can with the money the public invests in us.
