I work with the teams at NTW, with freelance theatre makers, with partner organisations from every part of Wales and with communities to build our programme. Sometimes this involves directing productions, but more often it is about supporting a team to make something remarkable and relevant in new and exciting ways.

I believe that live theatre has a crucial role to play in telling the stories and making the spaces in which we can all better understand ourselves, each other and our shared futures.
