I manage the process of bringing together all the different departments and elements to create a show, an event or a festival.

I love solving problems and finding new solutions to things. When creating new shows there are constant creative ambitions that mean the design and production teams have to make the impossible possible. And the comradery of the teams we work with is pretty great too.

I do all this because working backstage is cool!
