My role is to create theatre and connect with new artists, especially those who don't know where to start. I work with other people and communities to make sure their needs are met and their voices are heard. I do what I do to create more opportunities for underrepresented artists, and as a result, make theatre more accessible

Diverse queer stories in theatre really matter to me. I think theatre tends to have a monolith approach to queer stories, although the queer community is made up of so many different voices, experiences and intersectionalities.
