Hi there

I look after the producing team at NTW, and work closely with the production, audiences, collaboration and finance teams to make our work happen in the best way possible. I support with shaping and evolving the creative and structural vision for NTW.

I want to support artists to make the best work possible for audiences to be inspired by - in Wales and beyond - in an environment of respect and care. I work to grow the opportunities for on and off-stage roles in Wales, particularly those who have historically not had a voice or seen themselves represented in positions of power. I love seeing talent and helping that grow and flourish by connecting people that will support that growth.

I have a passion to centre not only marginal but also marginalised voices. I’m passionate about staying curious and engaged, and questioning the norm through theatre, performance and culture more broadly.
