Izzy Rabey (she/they) is a Queer theatre/film director, facilitator and music-maker from Mid Wales, and director of Feral Monster. Here, she shares why you should come and see the show:

Izzy was the first Welsh Trainee Director at The Royal Court Theatre (2020-2021) and an Associate Artist at Pentabus Theatre (2021-2022). Last year, they won the 2023 Y Selar Award for Contributions to Welsh Arts and Cultural Activism. Izzy has directed work for The Royal Court, English Touring Theatre Company, Paines Plough, Theatr Clwyd, Pleasance Theatre, Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru, Underbelly Edinburgh and Sherman Theatre. She is a Welsh language rapper, singer and lyricist. Izzy is also a columnist for Welsh arts magazine Cylchgrawn Golwg, and continues to facilitate projects on intersectionality and Welsh identity in Wales and London.
