Contact - National Theatre Wales

In light of the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19/Coronavirus, following guidance from government & Public Health Wales, NTW staff are all working from home until further notice.

We’re still here if you need us – we’re aiming to keep to our usual office hours and are contactable by email or phone, as usual.

The NTW office is closed until further notice, so you can’t pop in and see us, but we’d love to hear from you, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Everything we do starts with a conversation.

Make us part of your digital life and get the latest news, updates and ticket offers in the places you like to hang out online. We love to make and share lots of digital stuff – films, photos, interviews, audio programmes – and the latest news and offers.

We endeavour to acknowledge all public enquiries (made by phone, email, via our website, social media or by post) within 5 working days and to respond fully within 10 working days. If you have an urgent enquiry about a performance, please phone the Box Office on 029 2037 1689.

Out of respect for our staff’s work-life balance, when we do not have performances on, we will not reply to public enquiries via our social media channels beyond our office hours (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri). Thank you.

If you’re an artist contacting us with scripts, ideas etc. for our consideration, please refer to the artists’ guidelines on the Your Work page.
