Our door is always open with a warm welcome to passionate souls interested in joining us on our journey, sharing stories, making connections and sparking positive change.

It’s something so important to us, we’ve written it into our manifesto.

We’re for everyone. So we welcome applications from everyone too. We’re a theatre for all of the people and communities of Wales, no matter what your background, identity, lived experience or beliefs.
